Description:

Private, quiet and spacious self contained 4 bedroomed house, accommodating 8 persons maximum. Two queen , 2 single and one set of bunk beds with all linen and towels provided. Two bathrooms, one with double spa, two toilets, and laundry equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, 2 fridges, full sized oven and microwave.
Large living and dining area allows plenty of space for relaxation. The rear BBQ deck with a northerly aspect has picturesque mountain and bush views.
A ramp enables disabled access to the house and deck.

From Halls Gap shops, drive 2.5km south along Grampians Road towards Dunkeld. Turn right into Wattletree Road. Waratah Cottage is the second house on the right after crossing Scott Road.
From Dunkeld, drive north turn left into Wattletree Road just after the turnoff to Brambuk Cultural Centre.

Cleanliness		We had a great stayexcept 1. Not enough mats at the shower room 2. Not enough toilet rolls 3. No fan or Air cooler in couple of rooms 4. Few bugs bite my friends and they struggle.. guess they were from the couch. Couch needs to be steam cleanded and let all bugs die.. Cleanliness		The accommodation, Waratah Cottage, was excellent. There was plenty of space, all the necessary furnishings, linen and kitchen items needed were supplied, it was in a picturesque location with lots of friendly native birds and not too long a walk into the main town of Halls Gap. Cleanliness		Wonderful house that is reasonably well equipt. The rooms were wonderful and clean, linen was provided, spa bath was great! I certainly reccomend the house, a very tranquil setting. Cleanliness		Large comfortable well equipped house. No heating in bedrooms, had to use portable heaters as weather that day was particularly cold and bedrooms were cold on arrival. Heater were troublesome to start with but once Log Fire in lounge had warmed the area place was really cosy. Enjoyed the stay. Great location, lots of Kangaroos around too.
