A spacious, fully self contained one bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom with toilet and double shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen has an electric stove and a microwave oven.
The lounge room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The apartment has a large water heater which keeps it very warm during the winter days. A BBQ area under a pergola overlooks the park beside the apartment.

The rates include free broadband wireless internet, free plunger coffee / tea, free bikes, all beds made up with linen and duvets, towels provided.
