The lounge room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The apartment has a large water heater which keeps it very warm during the winter days. A BBQ area under a pergola overlooks the park beside the apartment.

There is also the facility to make this into a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom apartment and extra persons are $20pp per night.
