Two Bedroom Cottage located in Tandara Road which is a quiet road with a bush walking track at one end of the street and a sealed path to the town centre at the start of the street.

Fully self contained house with full kitchen and beautifully decorated rooms, featuring a king bed, queen bed, sofa bed. Gas heating and air conditioning.

A one bedroom studio with queen bed and ensuite is also available with a min booking of 4 people.

Cancellations:

Cancellations at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a fee equal to the first night. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund unless the property can be re-booked and a $100 fee will apply. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures.

Administration policy on refunds: Booking fee is non-refundable and $50 admin fee is applied

Cleanliness		PM We visited the Grampians over Christmas and stayed here 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is large, well organised and well located. There are great views of Boronia Peak and the Pinnacle from the outdoor area. If visiting Halls Gap, I'd recommend 'The Gap'. Australia Wednesday, 02 Jan 2019 place The Gap
