The Escarpment, is a relaxed and affordable elevated treetop haven nestled beneath the majestic cliffs of the Grampians National Park. Location:
The Escarpment is located south of the Halls Gap town centre. Travel 1.5 kilometres towards Dunkeld, turn right into Silversprings Road, travel up to the top of the rise and turn left into High Road.
The Escarpment is 200 metres along High Road on the right, the green and white cottage with the return driveway. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from The Escarpment to the restaurants and shops of Halls Gap.Facilities:

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests). Of the extra guests 4 may be an adult.
Cancellations:
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the booking total + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

Children & Extra Guest Policy:
Under 12years stay for free, 12 years or older $20/night. NB. Minimum stay of 2 nights preferred. Single night stays are sometimes possible during weeknights but requests for single nights on weekends will only be considered if they are last minute bookings. Single night are charged at a premium rate of $220/night/couple plus $20/extra guests (including children if sleeping in a bed).

Off street parking with a return driveway. Space for two cars or car with trailer.

Getting There:
The address of the property is "The Escarpment Grampians" 14 High Rd, Halls Gap. High Road runs off Silversprings Rd which is approximately 1.2km south of the village centre on Grampians Rd. On Silversprings Rd travel to the top of the rise and turn left into High Road. The house is about 200m along High Road on the right side. The Escarpment is a cream and green house with a driveway that loops around in front of the house.

Dear Guest Thanks for your feedback and I do appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Clearly on this occasion we did not meet our levels of service during your stay. I assure that this was the exception rather than the rule. And for this I apologise. We have been having wild weather and this would have contributed to some of the issues you raised. My team and I have used your comments to develop and train the team to ensure all issues in any room are completed prior to guests arrival.
