Description:

Tall Timbers holiday home is spacious and self-contained with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Featuring six bedrooms and able to sleep up to 14 people and is just a short distance from the Halls Gap town centre and all the major Grampians tourist attractions and adventure destinations.
Tall Timbers offers a wood fire (with wood supplied), air conditioning, six bedrooms (queen, double and single beds), lounge and dining area and a full kitchen with a dishwasher.

There are two separate bathrooms with one featuring a double corner spa, perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a day’s bushwalking.

If planning an extended stay at Tall Timbers we have provided an automatic washing machine, washing basket, pegs, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board.

Outside enjoy our gas barbecue and outdoor dining setting in an enclosed backyard with an attractive garden setting.

Included in the published rate is 4 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 14 guests). Of the extra guests 8 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

Cancellations at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a fee equal to the first night. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund unless the property can be re-booked and a $100 fee will apply. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures.

Administration policy on refunds: Booking fee is non-refundable and $50 admin fee is applied
