Cancellation: if more than 21 days notice is given a full refund will be made. If less than 21 days notice is given a full refund will only be paid if the property is let to another guest for the entire period booked.

Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the amount paid + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

Coming from Stawell or Ararat you drive past the main Halls Gap shops about 1.5kms. You turn right into Silver Springs Road. Drive to the top of Silver Springs Road and turn left into High Road. Look for no.8 and the Serenity on High sign on the right.

Cleanliness		My family and I had a fabulous stay at Serenity on High. we were looking for a family getaway in a family house. The value and rating of the house depends on what you are looking for. I do not think it would suit families with toddlers but great for babes and older kids. There is so much to do in Halls Gap, but we decided to do nothing, except hang out as a family. Great beds and bedding, Ample furniture, ample kitchen supplies. Cleanliness		The house and its furnishings are generous and comfortable. The location is tranquil and within walking distance of the town.
