Jinchilla Lodge and Jinchilla Farmhouse are situated on a 120 acre property nestled against the eastern edge of the magnificent Grampians National Park.
The property is peaceful and secluded yet only 3 minutes from Halls Gap.
It is surrounded by natural bush to the west, abundant with native flora and fauna perfect for walking, horse riding and picnics. The trampoling or sand pit will keep the children happy while you relax in the upstairs spa.
Jinchilla Lodge is a modern two bedroom cottage which will sleep up to 9 people with 1 queen size bed, 1 double and 3 singles. It also has a single person spa bath.
The farm house is four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets and will accommodate 13 people

The lodge is a private fully self contained cottage located on the farm and about 100 metres from the farm house. The view is sensational and the native flora and fauna are everywhere.

The Farmhouse
Jinchilla Farm House accommodates up to thirteen people in four bedrooms in a very private location making it a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. Upstairs is a parents retreat (queen bed) with five squares of living encompassing their own ensuite with large spa, fridge, TV, DVD player, lounge area and breakfast making facilities. Down stairs are three more bedrooms (first room has 2 sets of bunks, second room has a double bed with a single bunk over the top, third room has a queen and 2 singles) with a fully equiped kitchen.
There are dining facilities including a large dining table & plentiful cooking equipment, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a laundry with a washing machine & clothes dryer.
There is also a large undercover outdoor area with bbq and outdoor furniture. Then there's the sand pit, dam, trampoline, canoes and 120 acres to explore.
Jinchilla farm is directly across the road from the Halls Gap Zoo and the Gap Winery. There is plenty of space for everyone. Let the kids explore the space of the farm, ride your bikes, canoe on the dam or play on the trampoline, while you relax in the calm of the solitude. Jinchilla Farm is set off the main road just five kms out of Halls Gap.
Please note that we have a minimum stay of two nights.

Terms and Conditions The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. • The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. • Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your security deposit and/or additional payments. • Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Checkout time is 10:00 A.M by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for our next guests. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of the security deposit. A security deposit is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The security deposit will be refunded within fourteen days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared, etc. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property during their stay at our property. The firewood supplied is for the heater inside the farmhouse only. Excessive use of the firewood will incure an extra charge. There are to be no bonfires on the property. Please take your rubbish out to the road at the entry gate at the end of your stay. The walk will do you good! Any breakages or damage to the property or the furniture will also be charged.

Cancellations:
We require 30 days notice for a full refund and 14 days notice for a 50% refund. Any shorter notice results in no refund unless the property is rebooked for those dates.
Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the booking total + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

Halls Gap Family Accommodation - The Lodge Jinchilla Lodge accommodates up to seven people in two bedrooms in a very private location. There is a queen bed in the main room and a double bed and three single beds in bunk and trundle formation in the next room. The couch in the lounge room also converts in to a double bed. There is a single person spa bath in the bathroom and washing machine, the kitchen is fully equiped with rice cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, electric frypan and full dining facilities. The living area is heated by a combustion heater and a reverse cycle air conditioner. Jinchilla Lodge is directly across the road from the Halls Gap Zoo and the Gap Winery. The Lodge has a yard that will house your pet if you would like to bring him/her. There is also a trampoline for the kids and canoes and paddle boards on the dam. Please note that we have a minimum stay of two nights.

There is a trampoline and a dam with canoes for great summer activities.
Local Attractions:
The Grampians is one of Victoria's most treasured tourism regions with many attractions and activities to undertake. Many walking trails weave their way around the mountainous terrain which is also deep in Aboriginal history. A number of lakes also exist around the region which are ideal for fishing, swimming and canoeing. The Halls Gap Wildlife Park and Zoo and a local winery are also within walking distance.
