Cancellation policy We give a full refund with 14 or more days notice or if the booking can be filled, a 50% refund with 7 to 13 days notice and no refund with less than 7 days notice unless the booking can be filled. A voucher for an off-peak stay may be available if others have not been turned away

Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the booking total + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

800 metres north of Halls Gap post office turn into Mt Zero Road then 200 metres on the left. PLEASE phone ahead for your entry code the day before your stay, some mobile phones don't work in Halls Gap.
