Cleanliness		We had the most relaxing break and coming home after each day of trekking and sight seeing to the beautiful Glengarriff Townhouse gave us a true feeling of having a proper holiday! The facilities were fantastic and the view from the balcony was as beautiful as it gets in my book. It was a lovely surprise to meet Rosemary, who welcomed us so warmly. Cleanliness		We were very impressed with the accommodation overall. The unit is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. It more than met our needs. However, there are a few things which need to be addressed. The balcony area needs some attention. The screen door comes off its runners each time you slide it open or closed, there are spider nests in every corner and the bbq was filthy. We could not use it, even after trying to clean it. We did not allow this to stop us from enjoying our stay, because the rest of the unit was so exceptional. Cleanliness		Everything was great. The only problem was that there were not enough hot water for the bath. We ran out of hot water after one person had a bath. However, as the spa baths are quite large, it follows that an enormous HWS would be required to service both baths if they were filled one after the other. Gas is not an option at Halls Gap as there are no gas mains - so waiting for an electric one to re-heat is the only option. Cleanliness		We had a wonderful break, the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed that the accommodation was within walking distance of the shops. We found the accommodation to be immaculate and very well appointed, couldn't have asked for anything more.
