Romantic miners cottages, Gas log fire, Double spa, Queen bed, 2 bedrooms sleep up to 5, Fully self contained kitchen, Air conditioned, BBQ on deck, TV, VCR and CD player, Games / Books / Video's, Doonas, blankets and pillows supplied. Linen is included for a couple only. Linen hire is $10 per person. Queen bed in the master bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom a double bed with a bunk over it.

Cancellations:

Cancellation policy We give a full refund with 21 or more days notice or if the booking can be filled, a 50% refund (of booking amount) with 7 to 20 days notice and no refund with less than 7 days notice unless the booking can be filled. A voucher for an off-peak stay may be available if others have not been turned away. Administration policy on refunds.

Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the booking total + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

The location was a little hidden away which was perfect as we needed to escape from everyday living. Great value for money too. Only disappointing thing was that it was way too short! Cleanliness		We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was so warm and cozy with lovely thoughtful touches that included DVDs, books, board games and firelighters. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved that there was no shortage of extra bedding and fluffy white towels. The only down side was that we only there for 2 nights - wish it had a been a week. Cleanliness		My friends and I was impressed with this accommodation, it's lovely. Everything was great. The place is fantastic, we feed birds in the early morning in the balcony and we could see some kangaroos close to the cabin in the end of the afternoon. Thanks for all !!!!!! Cleanliness		Janet and the Vic Grampians were great and contacted me in person and suggested a great house “Cootamundra Cottages 71 Scott Road, Halls Gap” the house looks brand new, great fire place and open plan living so everyone can see each other. We had 4 people there no problems at all, could have had 6! It was left really clean and with every essential you require for the weekend away! Board games were a great touch. Cleanliness		I cannot fault, not that I was looking for any, of our accommodations. I am satisfied that value for money was well spent. Apart from the torrid weather we experienced throughout our journey the cottage was cosy, well appointed and would recommend this cottage to my family and friends. One point and its not a criticism but a suggestion. Have at hand a picnic (throw away) plates, cutlery etc would be useful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
