Cancellation policy We give a full refund with 21 or more days notice or if the booking can be filled, a 50% refund with 7 to 20 days notice and no refund with less than 7 days notice unless the booking can be filled. A voucher for an off-peak stay may be available if others have not been turned away. Administration policy on refunds.
Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the amount paid + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

thank you for your feedback, the code changes after each "clean" so would be difficult to email with receipt (as customer may pay 6 months in advance). We believe that texting through the code just before stay is the most foolproof way. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. |
