3 queen bedrooms, there is a fourth room called the 'reading room' that has a double sofa bed and another sofa bed in the downstairs living area. Bedding, Electric blankets and Linen and towels are only supplied for the queen beds.
Full Kitchen upstairs with an 8 person dining table, kitchenette downstairs with a kettle and microwave and place settings for 4 people. Bathroom and separate toilet downstairs, ensuite upstairs. Tariff is for 2 people and extra persons are $20 adults and $10 children.Room Facilities:

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your stay and a $50 fee may apply. No cancellations less than 30 days.
Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the booking total + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

There are Gates at the top of both inside and outside staircases. Large fenced backyard and only 1km from the Halls Gap adventure playground and swimming pool.

Double Carport as well as large double driveway.
Local Attractions:
Bestviews is located only meters from the walking tracks through the Fyans Creek wonderland and approx 1km along the newly sealed walking track into the village where you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarket and souvenir shops.
