CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY In the event of cancellation before 14 days prior to the date of arrival then the full booking fee will be returned. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the date of arrival then the booking fee will be refunded if the apartment is let to another guest for the booked period. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures.

Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the amount paid + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.
