Located in heart of the Grampians in Halls Gap. It was designed with the intention of providing all the modern comforts required for your perfect getaway.
The house has breathtaking views, taking in the Pinnacle and surrounding ranges and an abundance of wildlife visit the property every day.
The house is well equipped with all the conveniences required to make your stay an enjoyable experience: it has an open plan living area with a wood fire as well as a split system for heating & cooling, large LCD flat screen TV and a modern kitchen with all amenities.
The bathroom has a double spa bath as well as a twin shower. There is also a separate laundry area built in. Bedroom 1. Decorative wood Queen size bed, LCD TV on wall, DVD player, split system air conditioner/heater Bedroom 2. Single bed,double bed with a single bunk above ( bunk bed suitable for child 6yrs & older or small adult ) Bedroom 3.Queen size bed.
Cot and High Chair Available An outdoor entertaining area has recently been built on with a 4 burner BBQ & outdoor setting available for guests.

Minimum 14 days - We require any cancellation or date change to be made at least 14 days prior to your check in date to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking. A website administration fee of 10% applies to all cancelled bookings.

Administration policy on refunds: If this property accepts cancellations, the administration fee charged on cancellations by The Grampians Accommodation is 10% of the amount paid + the $3.85 booking fee. All cancellations are to be negotiated direct with the property owner.

The lounge room has a free standing wood heater, split system heating and cooling, a large LCD TV, plus CD, DVD and VCR players with 20 or more house DVDs suitable for children and adults.

The property is located at 41 Scott Rd Halls Gap. Head through Halls Gap towards the Brumbuck Cultural Centre. Turn right into Young St and then left into Scott St. The house is on the left hand side.

Cleanliness		It was perfect for us! The location of just out of the town centre with kids is great. The house had all that we needed for a very comfy stay. Cleanliness		If it wasn't for a slight hiccup at the start I would have given full marks all round for this absolutely stunning place. The house is meticulously kited out, so much so that even things like glad wrap, toothpicks and spare gas bottles for the BBQ have been thought of. The house has more than enough space, is very comfortable, perfectly situated and you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The place is that nice you can even take the in-laws there and not worry about their judgements! The owners are very friendly, helpful and have provided a very professional service.
