Grampians tourism operators are being encouraged to get on board with an online booking system to satisfy the immediate needs of web savvy travellers and help increase businesses customer base and bottom line.
Grampians Tourism Chief Executive, Chris Burchett said most travelers had come to expect to book and securely pay for accommodation and experiences before they left home.
“If you’re trying to capture the market, online bookings in real time are the only way to go; you want to be able to seal the deal then and there.’
